Root Down! With Dj Daddio & The Jazz Ambassadors after 10pm

Following up from last year's success at Rough Trade, Tee Peters is back with some special friends on the 22nd February with a very important open mic night that is proudly sponsored by O2!

This time artists are to come on stage to perform songs connected to mental health and raising it's awareness. The stage is an open platform for people to come and talk and bring awareness to how they feel inside. Mental health is something that we need to protect, and so it's important that we bring a level of transparency and empathy so that we can help each other through tough times.

This is your opportunity to perform with a talented live band! Show them your song of choice on the night and perform a live rendition of your music.

Tee has also been assigned the task of making a documentary about his journey to becoming more knowledgeable about mental health. He has been shooting the film for about 5 months and this event is the penultimate point of the film. There will be filming of the performances done on the night and so this your chance to potentially have your music featured in the film. (In coming to this event you are giving permission to be filmed on the night, if your a musician who does not want your music featured please let us know!)

- An open platform for expression
