“Something of a Prodigy, a Remarkable Young Pianist” David Lewis

“…His playing of Meldhau’s When It Rains gave me chills… ” Walt Weiskopf

Harry Bolt brings a fresh aesthetic and unique interpretation to modern/traditional jazz. He plays with a palpable enthusiasm - soulful, flairful and full of heart and is known for his subtle touch.

His memorable compositions, and playing, take inspiration from the likes of Brad Mehldau, Aaron Parks, John Taylor and Walt Weiskopf. With styles ranging from bop to stride and from the traditional to the contemporary – he tries to surprise himself and his audience.

While studying at Trinity Laban Conservatoire he received the Improvisation award two years running and was a finalist in Sibelius Composer of the Year. He has been fortunate enough to play alongside the likes of Jeff Ballard, Perico Sambeat and Mark Turner. Furthermore Since graduating he toured the UK with the much lauded Clark Tracey Quintet for 3 years during which time he recorded two albums which gained 5 stars in “Jazzwise”.

Harry is proud to have been mentored by the late, great John Taylor for 4 years. He is the youngest band leader to tour the world (twice) with his trio on the Queen Mary 2.

Harry is much in demand at all of London’s main clubs, recently playing as far afield as “Smalls Jazz Club” in New York City and a selection of international and home grown jazz festivals. Harry’s Quartet recently enjoyed TWO great, SELL-OUT nights at London’s prestigious Pizza Express Jazz Club, Soho and at Ronnie Scott’s.

His debut album “Piece by Piece” is now available via the link below

These are the premium seats, each one having clear sight lines to the stage. You can request to be seated in Dizzy (raked theatre), Duke (side wall), Monk or Bird (bar) or Billie (front of stage) and we will do our best to allocate you to your favourite seats on a first come, first served basis. Each of these seats is at a table or bar where you can order food and drink with table service.

Standing tickets are for the bar area behind the seated auditorium. We politely ask that you stand within this area so as not to obscure the view of the seated audience.

The two areas by the front windows are generally used for group bookings. In the event that there are no groups in for a specific show, we will make available seated tickets, some of which are slightly restricted viewing.

We are able to cater for bookings of up to 22 people in the area 'Ella', up to 12 in 'Satchmo' and up to 10 in the area called 'Mingus'.
We can also arrange for a standing buffet for more people on request

Advance ticket sales finish at 18:30 on the day of the concert. We often agree a split of ticket takings in the artist's favour, and so we are inclined to add a premium to tickets purchased on the door to encourage them to come back and perform for us again!
